Thank you Staregirl,

I agree with you that these "negatives" are repressed in most of us because of what society teaches us-- "fear death, don't talk about your anger, don't admit that you are capable of things that aren't so pretty, don't admit these things.." etc etc etc...

Part of my spiritual learnings over the years has been to take a very hard look at these things and reconcile all parts of myself
