First off, the way I was taught, the Law of Threes is not so much that it returns to you three times as strong, but on three levels. Also, I feel that yes, it affects everyone. The return is not always immediate. Sometimes it's left for another life. Sometimes it's not. I DO feel that in the matter of self defense, there is no return. However, revenge isn't really self defense. As my High Priestess says, I'd rather be a fly on the wall when someone get's their karmic comeuppance then to be the hand of karma... because you may have noticed that when you slap something or hit something, it tends to hurt your hand. I also agree with Dark Wyccan in that it is primarily a matter of all actions have a reaction but not with all he said. Anywho.
