Meshes well with me. :) I was just trying to present concepts of darkness from within the sphere you mentioned (greater readership ) and on several levels (Darkness has many levels). Imagery is just one level, ethics another, deity interpretation another, and so on. Each chapter deals with one aspect so that in the end you have a collage of the "big picture" of darkness.. well at least an understanding of its nature. Darkness is like the Tao - the more you try to explain it the further you are from understanding it. By exploring aspects and levels of darkness you begin to gain a sense of darkness from your own personal affiliation with it. I could never hope to present it in a way that works for everyone, only to share my perspectives and encourage others to share theirs. (Like we are here.)
I’m cursed in that I am both a poet and a scientist.. my brain works in both directions so sometimes I can be very analytical while other times I am very esoteric. Depends on my mood I guess.
