some questions on false nails

I had great fun wearing nail tips last night painted black. Problem is every time I go to remove them it takes so much force, especially for the thumb nails which I need extra glue to keep on. Afterwards it takes ages to remove the dried glue on my real nails. Is there a way to solve this or limit it? I was thinking of painting my nails with a clear coat beforehand to protect them from this. Also does anyone know where you can buy nail glue that comes in an easy to squeeze bottle, I'd like to know since it takes ages to get just a drop out especially when the false tips I've already applied get in the way.
