My nails were always soft, especially after having acrylic nails. I took a few different supplements before I finally tried a vitamin B complex. Now, my nails are incredible, I can open a can and not even worry about them breaking. You can buy the vitamin b drops in any pharmacy, and you put them under your tongue. It only took a few days to make a difference. Not sure how it works, but the results are AMAZING.
