Gothic Nail Care Forum vitamins... Posted By: Nesha I don't know why I'm telling you all this, I guess it's b/c I've been feeling this strange urge to help people lately(scary, I know). I used to have crappy nails that broke if I looked at them the wrong way. They never grew, think it took them about 6 months just to grow 3 millimeters. I agonized over them, and tried everything I could think of to get them to grow out stronger b/c I HATE wearing fake nails. Strengtheners, wraps, you name it, I tried it. Then it dawned on me to try taking vitamins. It worked! I have discovered that taking 3 Sunkist chewable vitamins every day has helped me grow nails that I never thought I could. They're practically as hard as acrylics, and I think I've had maybe 1 break in the past 6 months. On top of that, they grow like weeds. I have to repaint them at least once a week b/c the polish starts to grow out. I hope this lil' tip will help someone with problem nails. Oh, and the vitamins also made my hair grow faster too, which is a lovely side effect...
