after 11 months my nails have gotten very long but have also been broken chiped and have gone a bit icky and i just about have a panic attack whenever i don't have polish on them .
so what i'm asking is do you think i would be better of just cutting my nais so that i can have a break and my nails can breath. do you think it's somewhat insane to need help in making this desision after all they will grow back.
