Probably best known in the gothic scene as the creator and maintainer of the extensive, Dark Side of the Net, Carrie Carolin is also a researcher, an aunt, an avid reader, and a movie lover. When not working on her website, she enjoys working in her garden, reading on the porch in the sun, volunteering in community programs, and playing with her cat. When inspired, she writes for Cult of the Dead Cow.
Carrie has a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University in Social Work, with a minor in Psychology. Previously she has worked as a nanny, a Child Protective Services social caseworker, and ran an ISP for four years.
