| Entry # 134 | Date Posted: September 13, 2009 | | I've lived in the Westchester area for nearly 10 years, and am amazed that I haven't been able to find a solid pagan/wiccan/nature-based spirituality group in the area. I would love to meet others with whom I can practice and celebrate. I am willing to travel within the immediate area (at least 45 minutes in any direction!). I would also be willing to work with others to start a group of our own. Personally, I do not identify specifically with any particular term, but the natural world is my temple and the fairies, goddesses, gods and spirits of that temple are very dear friends of mine. Other information: I am female, 28, an English teacher... nature has been my religion since I was a young child and my interests are quite eclectic. If you know of anything in the area (other than Meet-Up.com) or are interested in building something from the ground up, please let me know! |
