There are no processing or publication fees for titles we accept for release under our label. We work with authors to determine the cover and paper materials and over all look and feel of the book. We will also handle both direct sales and sales via various distributors who specialize in limited edition titles. Simply provide us with the text and artwork and we'll work with you as needed to produce a quality book.

Submission Policy
Since it takes much time and effort to produce hand-bound books, and we can only take on so many projects during a year, we reserve the right to be selective with which titles we publish. Therefore, all potential books must first be reviewed in order to determine if we are a suitable match for each other. We generally look for material with unique perspectives, new translations of magical texts, and personal grimoires with a practical edge but are always open to new ideas.
For currently unpublished materials, review copies may be printed or sent as a Microsoft Word or PDF file. Please ensure text includes all graphics, photos, and illustrations. When sending printed materials, do not send originals! We normally do not return materials submitted.
If the book has already been published through another publisher, we prefer a galley print or bound copy of the published version.
Unless there is clear indication of no copyright infringement, we will not reproduce material from another author without that author's consent except in the case of personal copies not intended for resale.

Quantities
We can hand bind limited numbered special editions and/or we can produce standard paperback or hardcover books for mass distribution.
Royalties
Authors are paid royalties per book sold. Unsold books will remain available for sale indefinitely unless the author wishes to purchase the remaining copies at a discounted price. For additional information on how royalties are calculated please contact us.
Rights/Intellectual Property
Unlike some larger publishers, we do not retain ownership of one's intellectual property and authors are welcome (when appropriate) to release additional editions via other publishing options in tandem. For example, an author about to release a mass-produced edition through another publisher may first want to release a limited hand-bound edition for collectors through us. (Mass-produced titles we publish do have certain restrictions to avoid unnecessary competition during the release period since it requires a significant investment on our part.)
