The pentagram tattoo represents my emergence back into the Pagan Community. I had drifted away into complete solitary work and practice and decided it was time to get more involved with the community again.

I find tattoos to be a very sacred and personal act. The pain connects me on a deeper level to the image as a form of initiation or sacrifice. I would never have a tattoo done simply for aesthetics (although I have no problem with others doing that), instead it represents a turning point in my life, and symbolizes my devotion.

The art form of using tattoo ink is great way to express one self. Using the right tattoo ink and tattoo kits, can effectively reduce the risk of infection. Asking your tattoo artist a few questions can be beneficial as well.
